Minutes of January 7, 2015 meeting of RCA Executive Committee meeting At a special meeting of the Executive Committee of the Rabbinical Council of America, held in the offices of the RCA and by conference call, NY, NY, on Wednesday, January 7, 2015, President Leonard Matanky in the chair, and Barry Kornblau acting on behalf of the secretary, Gedalyah Berger, chairman of the Constitution Review Committee, presented portions of that Committee’s proposed draft. There was much give and take about its various provisions which the Committee will take into consideration as it continues its work.
