Jun 1, 1981 — XX. THE FORTY-SIXTH ANNUAL CONVENTION
The Rabbinical Council of America at its forty-fifth annual convention assembled, MANDATED by its constitution to set the date and place of the succeeding convention; DOES NOW DETERMINE, on the basis of a secret ballot taken at the Convention, that the Convention Site Committee to be appointed by the President shall have the authority to recommend any appropriate site for the next convention, at the time of year generally designated for the annual convention, and shall report its recommendation to the Executive for approval; DOES NOW delegate the Executive of the RCA authority to make such changes or emendations as are necessary in order to best assure a successful annual convention in 1982. |
