At a special meeting of the Executive Committee of the Rabbinical Council of America, held by conference call on Wednesday, October 15, 2014, President Leonard Matanky in the chair and Barry Kornblau acting on behalf of the secretary, a motion to suspend the RCA membership and all RCA responsibilities of Barry Freundel in light of his arrest passed (41 Y, 0 N, 1 A).
