Jun 1, 1989 — MEETING NEEDS OF RCA MEMBERSHIP
The Rabbinical Council of America functions as a professional organization for orthodox Rabbis who serve in various capacities: Pulpit, Chaplaincies, Communal Work, and Chinuch. Therefore, it is incumbent upon the leadership of the RCA to recognize and respond to the varying needs of its membership other than the pulpit rabbinate.
Be it resolved in all future RCA conferences and conventions time should be given for concurrent sessions addressing the professional issues of concern to the various interests within the organization.
