Rabi Dave Felsenthal is currently the Director of OU Next Gen which includes NCSY Alumni, Israel Free Spirit Birthright, JLIC and Heart to Heart. Alumni Connections, connects NCSY Alumni to Great Jewish Programs and Services throughout their lives. J.L.I.C., is the OU's Network of Orthodox Communities on College Campuses. Israel Free Spirit is the OU's Taglit Birthright Israel program sending 2,500 participants on Birthright trips yearly. Heart to Heart is an independent student led initiative of Orthodox college students sharing their love of Judaism with their peers and is sponsored by OU Next Gen.

"Rabbi Dave", as he prefers to be called, has NCSY in his blood. He grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and joined NCSY in 5th grade. Except for a few years learning in Kollel and a short stint directing his own grass roots Jewish college student organization "ASAP", he has worked in various capacities for NCSY and the OU for more than 29 years in Atlantic Seaboard, New York, Central East, New Jersey and National NCSY.

He has studied in Yeshiva Univeristy, Kerem B'Yavneh, Ner Israel (rav u'manhig), University of Maryland (bachelors degree in computer science and master's degree in business), Aish HaTorah (Semicha) and Ohr LaGolah (certification in education & counseling).

In addition to his rabbinic activities, Rabbi Dave is an Executive Director 7 (over 1 million dollars in annual sales) with The Wellness Company, is board member of the Association of Jewish Outreach Professionals (AJOP) and lectures throughout North America on topics including Marketing (Internet, Social Networking, Direct Mail, Telemarketing and Network Marketing), Time Management, Relationships and more. He and his wife Chani live with their six children in Passaic, NJ.
