Minutes for December 10, 2014 Meeting of the RCA Executive Committee
At a special meeting of the Executive Committee of the Rabbinical Council of America, held in the offices of the RCA, NY, NY, on Wednesday, December 10, 2014, President Leonard Matanky in the chair, and Reuven Tradburks acting on behalf of the secretary, the following items were decided:

• A motion to accept a budget for the 2015 fiscal year passed unanimously.
• Binny Blau, chairman of the Semicha Standards Committee, reported on recent experiences and work of the committee, apprising the Executive Committee of its intent to revisit parameters for investigating, evaluating and recommending private and yeshiva semichot.
