The following minutes were approved at the December 5th, 2012 meeting of the Executive Committee:

At a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Rabbinical Council of America, held at the RCA office on Wednesday, November 7, 2012, the President, Shmuel Goldin in the chair, and Barry Kornblau acting on behalf of the secretary, the following items were decided:

1. A motion to accept minutes of the August, 2012, Executive Committee meeting passed unanimously.

2. A motion to approve the membership application of Will Yeamens was approved unanimously, on the conditions that the Membership Committee recommends him and that no objections are raised to his membership application by RCA chaverim.

3. A motion to welcome back Lawrence Zierler as an RCA member was approved unanimously, on the condition that the Membership Committee recommends him.

4. A proposal regarding RCA Election Procedures was discussed. A motion to table that proposal, pending certain revisions, until the forthcoming December, 2012 Executive Committee meeting passed unanimously.
