At a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Rabbinical Council of America, held by conference call on Tuesday, December 22, 2015, President Shalom Baum in the chair, and Reuven Tradburks acting on behalf of the secretary, the following items were decided:

• A motion to nominate, as per the bylaws of the Beth Din of America, 11 RCA members (Hershel Billet, Efrem Goldberg, Shmuel Goldin, Kenneth Hain, Haskel Lookstein, Shmuel Silber, Leonard Matanky, Elazar Muskin, Kalman Topp, Tzvi Hersh Weinreb, and Eliezer Zwickler) to fill eleven of the RCA’s 12 slots on Board of Directors of the Beth Din of America passed unanimously. (The twelfth slot will be filled at the next Executive Committee meeting.)
• A motion to amend section 8 of the RCA’s Semicha Standards passed unanimously.
• A motion to approve the Budget for 2016 passed with one no vote.
