| REAFFIRMS ITS SOLIDARITY with the beleaguered Jewish Communities in Arab and Moslem lands, most especially the Jews of Syria and Iran, and in other countries in the world where Jews are oppressed. WE ALSO NOTE THE FACT that hundreds and thousands of Jews were expelled from Arab Lands without compensation or reparations. WE CALL UPON all governments of conscience to repudiate the scourge of anti-semitism and to actively work towards the granting of full religious and political freedom to our brethren where such freedom does not presently exist. WE ALSO CALL UPON all governments of conscience to prevail upon the Moslem nations to compensate the Jewish refugees who were compelled to leave behind their homes and possessions. WE URGE THAT the issue of the compensation of Jews from Moslem and Arab lands be on the agenda of any future peace arrangements in the Middle East. |
