Jun 1, 1989 — Confronting Issues in the RCA
The national membership of the RCA represents a broad spectrum of opinions and attitudes within a Torah, Halachic perspective on a wide range of issues. The RCA should serve as a forum for a free and open exploration of the concerns represented within our organization. It is self evident that all persons regardless of their points of view are to be treated with respect and dignity. It is recognized that Halacha contains within itself the ability to face and resolve all issues confronting us in contemporary society. We call upon the leadership of the RCA to encourage the focusing of the all encompassing genius of Halacha to address and attempt to resolve these issues. |
