These sessions are a new opportunity for connection, reflection, and honest dialogue among peers. Each group offers a space for chevraschaft and thoughtful discussion around the unique realities of today’s rabbinic leadership.
Launched in summer 2025, our series has already included:
- Small Community Pulpits – A conversation for rabbanim serving in smaller communities, exploring the unique challenges and creative opportunities and powerful impact of building Torah in intimate settings.
- AI in the Rabbinate – An honest exploration of how artificial intelligence is already transforming the rabbinic world – from halachic research to shiur prep to communal engagement.
Starting after the Fall Chagim of 5786, the following groups will be explored:
- Retired Rabbis
- Congregations with Transient Populations
- Congregations with Primarily Senior Memberships
For more information about these groups, or to suggest a new group, contact Rabbi Menachem Penner.
